1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered under Chess KG, a structured preschool cognitive development program by Little Chess Champs Pvt Ltd.

By enrolling in our program or booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Demo Session Cancellation

For Schools & Institutions:

  • Demo sessions may be rescheduled with prior notice (minimum 24 hours recommended).
  • If a school cancels without prior notice, rescheduling will be subject to availability.
  • Demo sessions are generally complimentary unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Enrollment Cancellation (Before Program Start)

If a school or institution cancels before official program commencement:

  • A full refund may be considered if no LMS access or materials have been provided.
  • Administrative charges (if applicable) may be deducted.

Refund approvals are subject to management review.

4. Cancellation After Program Start

Once the program has officially started and:

  • LMS access credentials have been issued
  • Digital content has been activated
  • Workbooks or materials have been delivered

Refunds are generally not applicable, as intellectual property access cannot be reversed.

However, exceptional cases may be reviewed individually.

5. LMS Subscription Refunds

If the program includes digital LMS access:

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used digital subscriptions.
  • Access may remain active until the end of the agreed subscription period.
  • Login sharing or misuse may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Workbook & Physical Material Refunds

For printed workbooks or shipped materials:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Materials must be unused and in original condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged returns may not qualify for refund.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after activation
  • Partial usage of LMS
  • Student absenteeism
  • School scheduling changes
  • Technical issues outside our platform control
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

8. Program Discontinuation by Chess KG

If Chess KG discontinues a program due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • A proportional refund may be issued for the unused portion of services.

9. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

10. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • School/Institution Name
  • Contact Person
  • Invoice Number (if applicable)
  • Reason for cancellation

Chess KG reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
